This includes any certified individual, group or company willing to refer prospects to EBS. An EBS Referral Partner will register a qualified lead and provide all relevant prospect information to EBS. EBS will work the lead with no further participation from the EBS Referral Partner.
An EBS Sales Partner is responsible for management of the entire sales process, including but not limited to, lead generation, lead qualification, pre-sales activities, sales calls, sales meetings, marketing collateral delivery, business needs analysis, software presentations, project proposal and sales close activities. EBS will be available, upon request, to participate whenever needed but the EBS Sales Partner is primarily responsible for management of the entire sales cycle through successful closure.
In addition to assuming the same opportunities, duties, and responsibilities of an EBS Sales Partner, an EBS Service Partner is also certified to implement and train clients on the EBS product solutions. By enhancing the partner certification level, EBS Service Partners can enjoy additional revenue streams while further deepening and solidifying their client relationships.
